Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Subject to stock availability and payment we aim to process all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Everett ships from the UK and offer free UK 1-2 working day shipping for all orders over £125 placed before 12pm GMT*.

Returns & Exchanges:

You can return any unworn, full priced items bought through our online portal within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed 2-5 workings days of receiving your return, we will credit the payment back to you using the original payment method.

If you need to make a return or exchange or if you have any questions, please send an email to hello@everettlondon.com. In the case of exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping back to you.

Christmas policy:

We've extended our returns policy to gives you some extra time to make sure everything fits perfectly. You can return any unworn, full priced items bought online between 1st of November until 24th of December by 7th January for a refund and 14th January for exchange of your order.

Purchases under £125

Express £5.95 - 1 to 2 working days
Standard £3.85 - 3 to 4 working days

Purchases of £125 or more - Free Shipping - delivery within 1-2 working days

Shipping to EU & Rest of World

Please note that for all EU orders outside of Germany we do not cover the duties and import VAT that can be levied on a shipment. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
