Delivery
We ship from the UK and process orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Subject to stock availability and payment, we aim to dispatch within one working day.

Free-delivery eligibility is calculated at checkout.
Estimated UK delivery times after dispatch are 3–4 working days for Standard and 1–2 working days for Express. International delivery is estimated at 3–10 working days after dispatch. These are estimates and customs clearance can add time. Contact us for current Guernsey delivery estimates.
Import charges
International shipments may be subject to local duties, import taxes or carrier charges. Where these are not collected at checkout, customs or the carrier may request payment before delivery. These charges are separate from our delivery charges.
Returns & exchanges
To cancel an online clothing order, email hello@everettlondon.com within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. These cancellation rights also apply to reduced-price items.
You may try clothes on as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the items.
Refunds use the original payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or, if earlier, receiving evidence that you sent them back. For a full-order cancellation, we also refund the standard delivery charge paid. If you chose an express upgrade, we refund delivery up to the standard-service amount.
Please email us for return instructions and the return address. For exchanges, we cover the cost of sending the replacement to you. Your rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described goods are unaffected.
Christmas returns
For online purchases made between 1 November and 24 December, our additional Christmas return dates are 7 January for a refund and 14 January for an exchange. These dates apply where they extend your usual return period. Your statutory cancellation and return rights continue to apply.
