Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

You can return any unworn, full price items bought through our online portal within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed 2-5 workings days of receiving your return, we will credit the payment back to you using the original payment method.

If you need to make a return or exchange or if you have any question, please send an email to hello@everettlondon.com. In the case of exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping back to you.

Christmas policy:

Extended our returns policy to gives you some extra time to make sure everything fits perfectly. You can return any unworn, full price items bought online between 1st of November until 24th of December by 7th January for a refund and 14th January for exchange of your order.
